CANCELLATION / NO SHOW I value your business and understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Everyone’s time is valuable, including mine. I kindly request if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may mean that I will need to charge a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment along with a credit card kept on file. Failure to provide any notice may mean that we need to charge an automatic 100% non-refundable fee for your missed appointment. In order to secure your next appointment, a credit card will be kept on file and a non-refundable deposit will be required. PUNCTUALITY Please be on time to your scheduled appointment. Services may be cut short or cancelled altogether if you are more than 15 minutes late. A cancellation fee will apply. This will be a non-refundable charge. GUARANTEE It is my goal to help you be confident and love your end result. If you are having challenges, I ask you to come back within 5 days from your appointment so that your hair can be visually inspected. I will be happy to correct any issues with no additional charge. If notified later than 5 days or you have a “change of heart” with color or styling, it will be treated as a standard appointment and priced accordingly. I do not issue refunds on salon services.
