Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW I value your business and understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Everyone’s time is valuable, including mine. I kindly request if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may mean that I will need to charge a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment along with a credit card kept on file. Failure to provide any notice may mean that we need to charge an automatic 100% non-refundable fee for your missed appointment. In order to secure your next appointment, a credit card will be kept on file and a non-refundable deposit will be required. PUNCTUALITY Please be on time to your scheduled appointment. Services may be cut short or cancelled altogether if you are more than 15 minutes late. A cancellation fee will apply. This will be a non-refundable charge. GUARANTEE It is my goal to help you be confident and love your end result. If you are having challenges, I ask you to come back within 5 days from your appointment so that your hair can be visually inspected. I will be happy to correct any issues with no additional charge. If notified later than 5 days or you have a “change of heart” with color or styling, it will be treated as a standard appointment and priced accordingly. I do not issue refunds on salon services. EMERGENCY, CLOSING, ILLNESS In case of an emergency, closing or illness, you will be contacted as soon as possible. If you are ill, have experienced a fever or virus of concern in the last 24 hours, please reschedule responsibly.
